Programming made visible through a physical game

The Wayfinder is a screen-free coding game that turns navigation into a physical programming language. Players use directional tiles to plan a route, test a sequence and debug their choices together.

My role included the game concept, visual direction and the design of the tiles, challenges and interaction rules. The system makes sequencing, iteration and cause-and-effect visible on the floor or table: code becomes something that can be moved, discussed and improved as a group.
