Digital jellyfish and food particles in the Jellyfish Tamagotchi interface

Jellyfish Tamagotchi is an interactive museum installation created for Fjord & Bælt Centre in Kerteminde. It turns jellyfish care into a tangible game: visitors feed a small digital jellyfish world through a custom physical interface, receiving immediate visual feedback on screen.

The project was designed and built as one physical-digital system, combining a bespoke cabinet and tangible controls with Arduino electronics and a Unity application. It brings together interaction design, physical computing, mechanical prototyping and real-time graphics to make cause, effect and environmental care understandable through play.
